How to convert the RS curve in ATC-40 which is described by parameters Ca and Cv according to Indian Standard RS curve?

The Pushover Analysis (PA) has not been introduced in the Indian Standard code yet. However, the procedure described in ATC-40 can be adapted for the seismic parameters of IS:1893-2016. The RS curve in ATC-40 is described by parameters Ca and Cv, where the curve just as in IS:1893-2016, is having a flat portion of intensity 2.5 Ca and a downward sloping portion described by Cv/T. How to compare and arrive Ca and Cv value as per Indian Standard RS?
