How to convert secondary ammonium chloride to secondary amine?

Ammonium chloride can be alkylated quite easily. But how can we convert them to corresponding amines?

To convert a protonated secondary amine to the free amina, you can use a 10 equivalents tertiary amine like DiPEA or triethylamine directly in the reaction media. Using NaOH or NaHCO3 in MeOH or H2O is also possilbe, but then you will need to extract with an organic solvent to get the free secondary amine from the aqueous phase.
