The file extension is XML for the signal data. But the signal value is as high as 100, which is much higher than expected (

I tyied the xmlviewer as you suggested and it show the content of the XML file, without any adjustment. What I need is to somehow normalize the data within this XML file to get final mV result.

I read the manual you attached while I did not find how to adjust the data (Maybe I need read more detail). Do you mean probably I need the company's technical support by saying "need to apply the ECG formula equipment."?
