If you want to turn PLA granules into powder, you can choose mechanical grinding or freeze grinding. Mechanical grinding is a simpler method, but remember that PLA is a heat-sensitive material. It is important to work at low speed to avoid overheating during grinding. If you want to obtain a finer and more homogeneous powder, freeze grinding (using liquid nitrogen) will be a more effective method.
If you want to turn PLA granules into liquid, you can choose either the melting or dissolving methods depending on your intended use. If liquid PLA is required for an application such as 3D printer filaments, you can melt the granules by carefully heating them to 150-180°C. However, pay attention to temperature control, because PLA can burn at high temperatures.
Whichever method you choose, I recommend that you be careful to preserve the properties of the material and work safely.

I want to bind metal particles having high density with PLA granules and then extrude it into wire. Please suggest me, how I proceed because metal not bind with PLA because of high density? Please guide me
