I am using SIMHYD hydro logical model. This model requires input in Tarsier daily time series format (.tts). I have all information in excel sheets, kindly guide me how to convert data from excel form to Tarsier daily time series format.

I am not familiar with this format, but https://ewater.atlassian.net/wiki/display/SD41/Data+file+formats#Datafileformats-Tarsierdailytimeseries has a description of the format. It looks like it would be straightforward to save your excel data as an ascii format (e.g., tab-delimited text) [after making sure the columns are in the right order, as shown in Table 27 in the linked page], and then manually write the header lines as described in table 26 and the example.
