If you decrease the temperature of the ink it will be more viscous. But, if its not possible to decrease the temperature you can try by adding Glycerol. However, the glycerol could react with your ink or at least increase the drying time.
Viscosity is a function of composition and temperature, (also pressure but can be neglected with inks). So if your ink contains alcohols which might easily evaporate your ink composition is changing, also the viscosity. Temperature has been mentioned before, decrease of T means increase of viscosity, increase of T the opposite. So in order to control viscosity you need to control temperature and avoid any solvent losses through evaporation.
