Please some literature as to synthesis of pure TiO2 particles in system . I want particles of 10nm , 20 nm and 150 nm .If possible also let me know the precursors for the same and de-agglomeration possibility .
I am also interested in ZnO nano particle synthesis and control their size .
I dont prefer calcination because i dont have the capabilities in my lab .
Dear Rohit, If you are interested only in comparing the properties of the final product based on the particle size, propably you want to try to separate the final product based on particle size using any known sedimenting instrument or technique as the larger and denser particles will sediment faster. You can repeat the process several times in order to get better outcome.

Inorder to separate out 10, 20 and 150 nm sized nanoparticles you can use dialysis membrane of associated molecular cutoff, which will further prevent agglomeration of particles and probably the final product would be uniform sized particles.
