As the molecular weight/ density of all chemicals or reagents are different, so you can't get similar result from both w/w% and molar calculation. For making stoichiometrically equivalent of all solution, its better to use molar ratio if you are not recommendate for using w/w%.
Good day. It is better to work with weights (w/w or mols); with volumes (v/v) is tricky: there are different volumes for every temperature. Much simpler is just to weigh instead to recalculate in addition.
