How to construct Phylogenetic Tree Construction from Mitochondrial Protein coding genes?

I have mitochondrial protein coding genes aligned for individual genes like 12S-aligned where I have just 12S aligned gene for all the species.Now I'm confused how to concatenate the genes for phylogenetoc tree construction kn IQTree.
