I am preforming MD simulations using gromacs for protein-RNA complex.  According to the previous reports, it is clear that Histidine forms an interaction with the phosphate back bone of RNA and also RNA binds to the protein at acidic pH 5 to 6. hence i am bit skeptical that i can use fully  positive histidine with both Nδ and N protonated (HISH) form in neutal pH for gromacs simulation rather than using HISE or HISD. please suggest me
