How to consider cylindrical coordinate in 2D simulation in sentaurus?

Dear all,

I am trying to simulate one Phase Change Memory design using 2D simulation in Sentaurus. The PCM design is in a cylindrical structure. Please suggest some ideas on how to simulate the design in 2D simulation.!
