The significant peak related to urea urethane is around 1700 cm-1, which is a high intense large peak that appeared in the attached FTIR. The indicated peak at 1666 cm-1 is not significant for urethane linkage. It may appeared due to the bending vibrations of -O-H group from absorbed water onto the PU polymer.

I still think that the new 1666 cm-1 peak - is a result of high-frequency shif tof water deformation vibration, which usually (e.g. in pure water occurs at appr. 1640 cm-1. The high-frequency shift of water deformation mode usually indicates a formation of strong H-bonds.
