How to confirm my cDNA of total RNA from extracellular vesicles from blood?

Respected all,

I have extracted total RNA from extracellular vesicles pellet and tried to make cDNA from it. I tried GAPDH to confirm my cDNA. However, it is not getting any results. Please guide.

Image 1 is RNA from pelet and image 2 is cDNA from the same RNA.

I would recommend finding out how intact your RNA is. Checking the integrity on an RNA gel (formaldehyde agarose) is probably the cheapest. If you have access to a bioanylzer or similar microfluidic machine, finding an RNA Integrity (RIN) is also a good bet.
