I want to run a moderation analysis using SPSS, where I have 2-IVs, 1-MV, and 1-DV.
I am new here, do not have much knowledge of moderation. I will appreciate it if you guide both on writing the model, steps involved in SPSS, and the interpretation.

@Ahsen you can use model 1 in Process Macro for SPSS to run Moderation analysis however, it would work only with one IV and DV at a time. You can also use JAMOVI or JASP for Moderation analysis.
Assuming you want to estimate an ordinary least squares (OLS) model, bear in mind that the UNIANOVA (or GLM) command can estimate exactly the same model as the REGRESSION command. There are two benefits to using UNIANOVA: 1) You can specify product terms on the DESIGN sub-command (with no need to compute new product variables yourself); 2) You can use the EMMEANS sub-command to generate fitted values of Y (with CIs) at selected combinations of the interacting variables (or at all combinations for categorical variables).
For the model you describe, the DESIGN sub-command would look something like this:
/DESIGN iv1 iv2 mv iv1*mv iv2*mv

PS- UNIANOVA also has an LMATRIX sub-command, which can be used to make any contrasts of interest. See examples in the attached PDF.
Moderation is identical to testing for interaction effects. So, you can multiply your moderating variables times your IVs to test for that.
