As the question described, I got 2 serial mediation(X → M1 → M2 → Y).
Besides, I got 2 moderation which is moderated in the second stage and the third stage respectively.
In the process, except for Model 6, other models are conducted mediation in parallel.
Therefore, is there any other way to solve this situation?

Just a note that, in addition to the suggestions of Idarmis Knight Soto , you could always evaluate this model via path analysis. When all of your variables are manifest / observed / measured, then ordinary multiple regression can be used to derive estimates of all the path coefficients, and the explained variance for any target variable(s). If you want an assortment of model-data fit indices, however, using one of the SEM software packages would make that step easier (e.g., EQS, LISREL, AMOS, CALIS, lavaan...the list goes on).

I am not entirely sure about the question. Are you asking how to build a customized model in PROCESS? If yes, I recommend to read the book by Andrew Hayes, in the appendix he demonstrates how to build customized models with the syntax. You need to define the b-matrix, w-matrix, z-matrix and wz-matrix (his terminology) to tell PROCESS which variable moderates and mediates which path. It is quite simple in principle, but it is beyond the scope of this forum in my opinion. Read his book, there is everything you need.
