Thanks for your kindly help. actually I am interested about PCR abilities for mitochondria dysfunction and apoptosis. we are studying combination of endurance exercise and IGF-1 treatment on sarcopenia in aged rats. We have measured numbers of factors by difference techniques.

I am just wonder how PCR can be used as a reliable technique in this area.
