How to complain about illegally published paper?

I gave an article to a men, and hw published the article without giving my contribution and giving proper name of mine.

Dear Mohammad, i suggest to u, make a report the unethical action to the journal. Give the proof , including metadata if needed. I think its will help u to retract the paper.
