I am running a PLS-SEM to test a simple mediation model with two competing predictors (same measurements), one formative mediator, and one outcome. I want to compare the strength of the effects of these two predictors in (1) their direct effect to the mediator (i.e., path a) and (2) their indirect effect to the outcome (i.e., product ab). Which command will allow me to do that in R? I am following Ravand and Baghaei's (2016) instructions for doing PLS-SEM in R, for your reference. Comparison of effects, however, was not included in these instructions. Thank you very much for your help!
