I need to combine two field outputs from different output databases in Abaqus.
Using "Tools -> Create Field Output -> From Fields" I can manipulate on fields, add them together with some operators applied. But this option works only within single database.
Has anyone any idea how to perform this operation for field taken from separate databases?
You can do this using a Python script and Abaqus Scripting Interface. Go to 'Abaqus Scripting User's Guide' and you'll find examples under 'Accessing an output database' section.

In addition to the solutions suggested by Victor J. Аdlucky and Kazimierz Józefiak, you may extract your data from each odb and then combine them in MATLAB or even Microsoft Excel.
Abaqus has a default installed plugin to combine .odb files that is the simplest solution.
Unfortunately, the plug-in for combining data from multiple output databases (Plug-ins>Tools>Combine ODBs) turned out to be useless for manipulation on fields. It is intended for co-simulation or combining output from different substructures in the same model. It really combines two (or more) ODBs, but when I use Tools > Create Field Output > From Fields to the resulting ODB, it is impossible to separate data from different ODBs containing in it. I'm very sorry.
Not sure what kind of operator you are going to perform. but in my case, I generate the data using Create XY Data from the source called ODB field Output, then save them and you can find them in the tree lefthand below XYData.
You can perform some operations still from Create XY Data with the source called Operate on XY data.
If your operation is quite complex and cannot find any operator provided by ABAQUS, you will have to using python or matlab after you extract the data out.
