Dear Researchers

I have two proteins crystal structures from RCSBD, one is a monomer with two ligands and the other is a dimer with one ligand in each monomer. Both have the same sequence of residues but in monomer, there are 515 residues and in the dimer, there are 505 residues.

I want to get a combined dimer structure in which I may have all the three ligands in both of monomers and residue number may remain 515 rather than 505.

Anyone, please give me your kind suggestions.

Thanks.

Sadaf
