How to code 'reverse score' question of 5-point Likert Scale by using binary scaling?

I am using 5-pointer likert scale which includes: Strongly Agree, Agree, Uncertain, Disagree and Strongly Disagree.

Positive responses (Strongly Agree and Agree) will be combined and coded as +1, neutral responses (Uncertain) as 0 and negative responses (Disagree and Strongly Disagree) as -1.

But how to code reverse code statements of likert scale by using binary scaling? Because even they have same responses their score will differ.
