How to clone gene including Poly A into vector?

Hi All,

I tried to clone 12 gene, about 1kb, including ploy A (40) into pUC57 individually, using NEB stable cells, but only 2/12 have successful clones, the other 10 can't get the correct clones, did somebody have the experience for cloning? Thanks.
