Hello, I'm using Beckman Coulter PA 800 plus instrument with cIEF settings (Beckman Coulter Neutral Capillary and cIEF Gel) and recently I got problems with capillary plugging after only few runs.

Do you have ideas what can be other sources of the plugging (additionally to my protein) and how to clean capillary? Are there any commercial/semi-commercial substitutions for this capillary which can be used with Beckman Coulter PA 800 plus instrument?

I'm using freshly prepared and filtered buffers. Only difference to handbook suggested protocol is that I'm using double longer focusing/mobilisation steps due to the nature of my protein.
