What features of cell lines should be taken into consideration when I want to grow a solid tumor inside mouse? Can I inject any kind of cancer cells into nude mice to gain a tumor? and what differences may it has when tumor cells are injected to different part of body?

You have to care about depending on which method should be chose such as subcutaneous injection, orthotopic (=corresponding primary-site-organ) injection or tail-vein injection (to induce lung metastatic lesions), the patho-histological features are different. For instance, A549 has been known to show the different histological features when you perform the subcutaneous or orthotopic transplantation; only the latter induces the histology of adenocarcinoma.
I used to do xenograft model by injection of cancer cell line in subcutaneous or intradermal nude model , it is very easy. After 3 days, you can observe the small mass at injected location. By the way, it depends on your research purpose.
