I will be doing SPPS manuall. I decided to use MBHA Rink amide resin.
I need suggestion on how to decide about the mesh size of resin. MBHA RAM is available with 100 to 200 mesh size in Sigma.
Mesh is related to size of your particles. This can have an influence on swelling and diffusion. However the influence on synthesis efficency is not that big compare to other parameter such as linkers or loading. Excepte if you are targetting à very specific peptide (hydrophobic or prone to aggregation per exemple), the mesh size is not that important.
