How to choose the mess size of resin for SPPS?

I will be doing SPPS manuall. I decided to use MBHA Rink amide resin. I need suggestion on how to decide about the mesh size of resin. MBHA RAM is available with 100 to 200 mesh size in Sigma.

Can anyone suggest that if i try to remove water from para toluene sulphonic acid monohydrate by heating at 50 oC on Roti, will it degrade the PTSA?

When I tried to remove water from PTSA by making azetropic mixture with toluene, I see a colour change to yellow. I am just concerned if PTSA is still there or something happen to it.
