I have some soil for laboratory experiments. parameters of this soil (elastic modulus, Poisson's ratio, cohesion, and friction angle) previously specified by standard experiments.
as I know, in standard experiments, these parameters are specified for the soil on optimum moisture, hence we use this soil in dry condition.
is it rational to use the parameters with a reduction? is there any low for this reduction? do you know any related research?

Hi, in my opinion there are two ways to convert the received data sets into "dry values". On the one hand you can for example search for correlations between the parameter and the soil moisture in [1] and use your measured value as input value. Then it can be converted into a value of lower soil moisture using the correlations.
On the other hand you can interpret the measured values as probabilistic values. Then the value you measured lies somewhere between the limit values for dry and fully saturated soil. For example, if you take a reference distribution from [2], you can develop a quantile value from the distribution in the direction of the limit value valid for you.
