Dear Sunena,

In an immobilized state, there is no direct method to assay laccase activity. However, the difference in the catalytic activity of the total enzyme fed to the matrix and remaining un-immobilized can give you an idea of activity. You may go through the research article of Mani et al., 2020 entitled -

"Laccase Immobilization Strategies for Application as a Cathode Catalyst in Microbial Fuel Cells for Azo Dye Decolourization" Frontiers in Microbiology. 2020; 11: 620075. The article is available free for download.
