Suppose we bought a BBO crystal from a supplier. Many specs ( e.g. parallelism, perpendicularity, chamfer, AR coating, Laser threshold damage etc. ) will be mentioned there in the list. So how to check that whatever specs value they have written is correct? Can anyone suggest me ?
You would have to individualy check each of the specifications for the crystal i believe. I.e. perform your own laser damage threshold tests, check the performance of the AR coating.
Honestly, it isn't worth it. If your crystal came from a reputable supplier there is a very low chance it will be different from what you were quoted, especially if it came with calibration information

No, I'm not doubting on that but my question is how to check all those specifications by myself? Is there any way ?
You would need to devise a test for each of the parameters you wish to test. There isn't a simple way.
For example:
To test laser damage threshold you would need to perform spot damage laser tests with gradually increased power on different spatial spots of the crystal. You would need to then repeat this multiple times, you would ruin at least one crystal as you would cover it in lots of burns.
For the AR coating you will need to peform a transmission, reflection, absorption measurement of the coating at your laser wavelength (at multiple if you crystal is coated for multiple wavelengths
For the paralellism and perpendicularity you would need to use an optical surface profiler.
Honestly for the chamfer it is not something i have ever studied i always assumed it has been removed in polishing. I guess you would need a form of time of flight imaging/interferometery to check.
To get the same accuracy as quoted by the supplier you would need to peform each of these measurements with extremly high care, and they will require very precise and calibrated equipment.
