Hey Luis, have you tried to increase the sensitivity and the shutter settings, rather than trying to cut of Fo lower than 100?

If that is not possible go to the last tab "results", lowest window right side. There you will find the option "value range" right in the middle. There you will find the option to set a minimum value. Hope I could help. Silja

Thank you for your response.

I made all the measures a while ago, so at this moment the solution had to be something I could do as a re-analysis. However, I conatcted PSI and got a nice and complete answer:

Basicaly you can filter what you are re-analyzing by changing the SOURCE in the Pre-Processing tab, in my case, if I select F0 in the SOURCE drop down menu and play with the treshold on the color scale on the right of the main image, I can decide the areas I carry to the posterior analysis (this is where I filter F0 >100 for example). Using the SELECTED ONLY option also helps to delimit everything to the drawn areas.

Hope it didn't sound too confusing, but if it did, anyone that needs to understand this in the future just send a message, I'll try to explain better.

good to hear that you got an answer from the company itself ;) Honestly, I thought you were aware of this option, that is why i was looking for the problem beyond that step.
