I developed a model (based on logistic function). I calculated the estimated data but I would like to calibrate these with observed data so that I can improve the model. How can I use λ(mean) to improve the estimated data? Or anyone can give a recommendation on selecting methods of data correction?
The model: λ=λmin+λmax/(1+exp(kx), x is the variable,k is the uncertan slope depending on other factors.

What is P(z)? MLM and Bayesian inference (also many others) are possible choices for this case.
Jianjun Qin P means if I use probability functions. Could u help give the detailed information on MLM or Baysian? I already got both estimated data and observed data, what I would like to do is continue data correction on estimated data so that i can improve the model.

Hello, see attached where I describe and apply relevant methodology...if not clear ask for more information, I have lot more...with your model you are trying to REPRODUCE observed data assuming your model is CORRECT for the process in question...good luck.
