Hello, the potentiostat I am using is not outputting the correct voltages and, as a result, no currents are being measured. Has anyone worked with the Materials M 510 potentiostat (link here: https://www.mmates.it/wp-content/uploads/2019/06/pdf-2.pdf? If so, can it be calibrated?

Seyed Mojtaba Mostafavi thank you for your response. It is a 4-electrode potentiostat. I was conducting experiments in 2- and 3-electrode setups
Ask the manufacturer for instructions on how to test the instrument. If the claimed fault is confirmed, only the manufacturer can restore the setting.
Test suggestions:
1. Use a 1 kohm resistor (between WE and CE) in the chronoamperometry method. Impose a current of 1 mA. You should measure 1 V.
2. Same resistor. Cyclic voltammetry method. Scan between -1000 mV and 1000 mV. The recorded graph must be a line passing through zero current for E = 0 mV. The extreme values of the measured current must be -1 mA and +1 mA.
Do not forget to properly connect the two terminals for reference electrodes.
