I understand that we can calculate the magnetoelectric coefficient using the equation: αCME=δM/δE or αDME=δP/δH, where the coefficient unit is either V/(Oe cm) or mV/(Oe cm). This is easy to do the math as the unit is the same as what we measure using VSM under electric fields.

However, I also found that some literature reported the coefficient with a unit s/m (see attached). This confused me. Is it [second/meter] or [siemens/meter]? Do I need to convert the unit to any SI unit first? If so, which ones?
