How to calculate the OCV of SOEC under co-electrolysis mode?

I am trying to develop a model for SOEC CO-ELECTROLYSIS. I want to get the OCV by Nernst equation. However, I am confused about how to calculate the OCV of SOEC under co-electrolysis mode.

My question is: If the cathode inlet gas only contains H2O, CO2, and H2, the partial pressure of CO is 0, then how to calculate the OCV? How to understand the Nernst equation?
