I need value of inductance for Simulink model of the distribution network. I would also like to know how to calculate value of Resistance and capacitance for the passive filter.
Handbooks for electrical engineers provide estimation formulas for inductance and capacitance. Both depend on the diameter of the wire and of the geometrical relation between them (parallel wires, coaxial wires, distance between them).
Resistance can be calculated according to R = rho * l / A, where rho is the specific resistance of the material (e. g. copper: rho = 17 * 10-3 Ohm * mm2 / m resp. 17 * 10-9 Ohm * m), l is the length, and A is the area of the cross-section of the conductor.
