Can anyone suggest me any software to calculate parameters for Three Phase AC Source like R & L and parameters for connected distribution transformer?

I am designing a simulink model which is having three phase source (13.8 kV). I would like to know how can I calculate the values of source resistance and inductance and further parameters of attached transformer.
