I am trying to get the incident radiation (w/m2) inside a batch reactor exposed to solar radiation. I know that actinometry with potassium ferrioxalate is the most applied in the characterization of photoreactors, but in the literature, it is very difficult to find a procedure with the clear sequence of calculations that should be performed with the concentration of Fe2+ in order to obtain the incident radiation in the reactor. Thus, I wonder if someone could help me by clarifying the procedure/sequence of calculations for obtaining the incident radiation from the concentration of Fe2+.
