How to calculate the HR and 95% CI on different reference groups?

I am conducting a meta-analysis and I have a study that reports the HR and 95% CI for three groups:

Group 1: 1.00 (reference group)

Group 2: 0.84 (0.43 - 1.65)

Group 3: 1.07 (0.56 - 2.04)

I want to recalculate the CI and HR having group 2 as the reference group (specifically to calculate the HR and 95%CI of group 3 compared to group 2). Is there a way to calculate that with the given information?
