A curious question.
The gravitational energy is relatively (pun? where?) easy to calculate - treat it as a Newtonian mass (I know, I know...) and -GM/R is your friend.
Likewise, given a rotational speed (if known from the parent body) the angular rotational energy can be found
But these are very naive first-guesses.
What sort of accuracy do you need and what is the desired goal for this knowledge?

Thanks for your kind awnser. Well, I'm trying to help some of my tudents beacuse they are studying this topic. Particularly I'm not from this area, so if you have any article or book to recomend, I would apreciate that. The awnser doesn't have to be precise, just the average is fine for them.

I clarify my answer:
Calculate the energy required to separate two halves of the object to infinity.

Make some estimates for M and R and plug in the values - I'd pick a solar mass and a radius of 3km (Schwarzschild).
As for a rotating black hole, if one knows its rotational speed, and assumes a solid sphere, then a classical answer for the energy stored may suffice.
