Question: What object would you like to be? Why?
Answer: Computer, because I can get knowledge, share my opinions and write about whatever I want (my view of things), or theories.
So, with this answer, I can predict that this person is the computer, and by asking this simple question, I can learn how he/she is, this person doesn't know that he/she is talking talking about him/her self, but that is how analyse people at the work environment.
How to create this "games" and how you analyse them?
It is an interesting/innovative idea, there are many secret tests at work already. What would be an ethical guiding principle? How would it be kept objective?

The idea is an good one and without a doubt we all can learn a lot from games, problem solving skills, strategic thinking, competitive spirit. I am still not sure how you are conceptualising the idea:
1) Will the games be an explicit or implicit test of ability?
2) Will the tests be administered covertly so as to capture the truest response?
3) Will employees have the choice of playing the game or not?
4) Will the games have any discriminatory dimensions as a result of technical literacy, age, gender, language, etc?
5) How will employees be recognised for success?
6) Will employers dismiss employees whom perform poorly?
7) Is there a possibility that the analysis aspect will cause perceptions of deception?
8) Will an overly competitive environment lead to social undermining among employees? Will this lead to a loss of synergy?
There are some jurisdictions that would encourage such tests, others that would view them with hostility. I like the idea, but I think you could run into road blocks particularly if secrecy and deception are components of employee evaluations or analysis.
