How to calculate the area enclosed by a CV curve using Origin Lab software?

I want to calculate the area enclosed by a CV curve. I found two options for that in Origin Lab, Analysis>Mathematics>Integrate and Analysis>Mathematics>Polygon Area.

What is the function of each option and which one gives the correct value for my requirement?

Can anyone please suggest?
