Hi all, I have composites of magnesium silicate and magnesium titanate. I have confirmed from the XRD data that, they have different phases with the change in the composition. I want to calculate the amount of each phase present. For ex: If Magnesium titanate possess MgTiO3;MgTi2O5; and MgO then how is it possible to calcualte the amount of each phase present?

I am agree with Roberto. You can do Rietveld Refinement of mixed phases by taking atomic coordinates and other parameters of both the phases in a single PCR file by using Fullprof or GSAS softwares.
