I measured the contact angle with water and ethylene glycol. My equipment only gives me CAleft, CAright, CAmean, the volume of the drop and the baseline.
It took the reading from the second 0 to 100.
How do I get the surface free energy from this data?

The contact angle is determined by three surface energies: solid-gas, solid-liquid and liquid-gas. The simplest relationship is given by the Young equation:

Usually you want to measure the solid-liquid surface energy, so you need to get premeasured/tabulated values of the other two surface energies for the calculation.
