How to calculate response of humidity sensor?

we have five values of resistance of different humidity levels one for air and other are for four different solutions having humidity varies from 57.6 to 97. Also want to know about its trend with incresing %Relative Humidity

You're measuring the electrical resistance of air?

(wow!)

This seems like a hard way to measure relative humidity - are you not able to use an off-the-shelf hygrometeric sensor like an ENS210?
