You can use factorial experiment with two factors : the first factor A ( genotypes) and the second factor B ( environments ).

The ANOVA of factorial experiment result the following sources of variance:

Main effect of genotypes (A)

Main effect of environments (B)

Interaction between A*B

Experimental Error
