You should calculate the ozone dose using the following equation:
CO3L = TO / (1+ KT) - ID / (1+ KT)
CO3L = Concentration of ozone in the liquid (mg/L)
ID = Initial ozone demand (mg/L)
k = Kinetic constant of ozone concentration (min-1)
T = Hydraulic residence time (min) from the ratio of the liquid flow and liquid volume.

It is not possible to calculate this precisely as it depends on kinetic of ozones reaction in the water. This mostly depend on pH and DOC. Would you be able to get the dissolved organic carbon (DOC) concentration?

Majid Hassanzadeh - Your question is not really related to ozone disinfection. The stoichiometry is particular easy for ozone and COD. Ozone reach in a two electron process so it is like you use one of the 3 oxygens and thus 1 mg COD requires 3 mg ozone. O3 + 2e- -> O2 + O(-II).
