How to calculate overlap ratio between two different models?

Attachment is a plasmonic waveguide polarizer, which can make TE pass /TM absorb. in order to optimize the parameters of cross section, I use 2D simulation to calculate the TE and TM mode overlap ratio between hybrid plasmonic waveguide (HPW) and dielectric waveguide (DW), but how to operate and evaluate in Comsol? The overlap expression can be found in equation 4 of the following paper. If anyone have some ideas just let me know, thanks a lot!
