High frequency limit of impedance, when all capacitive contributions zeroed, is a DC resistance, as mentioned above.

I agree with the comments above for overall DC conductivity measured using a 4-point method. However, DC conductivity of the system measured with 2 electrodes would correspond to the low frequency limit of the impedance, that includes the redox processes at electrodes. In between the capacitive contributions typical of double layer.
