How to calculate OR for an Interquartile range to OR for per unit change of Air pollutant?

Hello.

I am doing a systematic review. I need to compare of OR reported in different studies. For example in on study it was expressed that OR for mortality is 1.25 for per interquartile range ( 3.8 microgram/ cubit meter). I want to see how the OR becomes for per unit ( 10 microgram/ cubit metre) change of the pollutant. How do i do the calculation?

It might be easier to respond if your clarified what "OR" is. This is not a standard term.
