Thanks Niloy Sikder ,I had used this function but , this is returning a matrix, but NCC value is a single value in range 0-1. I didn't know how to get this single value from the matrix return by this function.
Normalized (2-D) cross-correlation (NCC) gives the displacement values pixel-wise in an array. But as you are looking for a single value that would convey the dissimilarities between two images as a whole, you should use the "(2-D Normalized cross) correlation coefficient" value (2-D for image).
